A primary goal of the MUMC CDC snack and nutrition program is to introduce the children to a variety of new foods, and in accordance with the CACFP Program.  With this in mind, we strive to serve fruits and vegetables on most days.  Latkes are served in recognition of Hanukkah, the Festival of Lights, observed by our Jewish friends December 25- January 2. Our “Latkes” will be frozen hash brown patties. December 2024
